Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic planning and execution of the Ecosystem and Channel Partnership program – driving business revenue growth through PaaS and SaaS in the Paragon marketplace and Channel Sales.
  • Develop business plan and business case for all partners product.
  • Develop the process for partners onboarding, commercial arrangement and delivery including D0, D1 and D2.
  • Working with platform engineering team to continuously improve the offering and operations of the Paragon Market Place.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and execution capability for partnership business.
  • Participate in executive decision making regarding budget, sales activities, resources, schedule and risk.
  • Provide consultancy, solutions and cost related advisory for large scale customer tenders and sales.
  • Other Partner and Channel Management responsibilities:

           -    Provide hands-on program and project management for multi-million dollar programs across multiple lines of business

           -    Assist in sales and business development efforts

           -    Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping

 

Requirements:

  • MBA or a good bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • At least 10-15 years experience in Enterprise Business Products and Solutions sales, delivery or partnership program.    
  • Strong Technical Product and Partnership management skills.
  • At least 5-10 years of leadership delivering technology product and services at scale in complex technical and business environments.
  • Able to handle full P&L responsibility and have oversight of multiple million dollar business.
  • Familiar with channel and technology partners contract and administration.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and articulate complex concepts and partnership selection.
  • Ability to work well in a cross functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative team oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Positive, energetic attitude to achieve great things.
