Role & Responsibilities:

As Director of NEXT Partnerships and Ecosystem, you are responsible for driving success of NEXT across the region through building a profitable partnership ecosystem to support business growth across NEXT technology areas.


You are to build up a portfolio of strategic partners in focused growth areas for NEXT including but not limited to:

  • Cloud technologies
  • AI/ML and Automation
  • Big Data and Data Platforms
  • Immersive Experience
  • Cyber analytics and security
  • IoT and Edge computing


In addition, you are also required to build connections to the innovation ecosystem and grow a targeted list of young companies as NEXT Innovation Partners to boost NEXT proposition in emerging niche technology areas for the NEXT Innovation Triangle cities of Singapore, China and Australia.


Your mix of knowledge and experience in NEXT growth areas will enable you to have a strategic understanding of the digital transformation landscape for customers and raise the profile of NEXT proposition in the partner ecosystem in all key operating markets and build NCS into the partner of choice for both large and emerging NEXT Partners


To be successful in this role, you should have deep expertise and domain knowledge in multiple areas of NEXT focus such as cloud technologies, automation, AI/ML, IoT, Cybersecurity, AR/VR and 5G and deep understanding of the consulting approach in digital transformation projects and the role innovative solutions play in differentiating NCS position with customers. Be a thought leader and drive innovation in NCS engagement with the digital ecosystem.


The ideal profile should have / be:

  • Degree/Masters in relevant disciplines of business, marketing and/or computer science
  • Minimum 15-20 years of working experience in:
    • Digital technology advocate who is able to represent NEXT in multiple growth areas as a thought leader
    • Experience driving business growth in digital technology areas in Asia and in Singapore, China or Australia specifically
    • Building digital ecosystems through partnerships, alliances in Asia
    • Experience with the startup/innovation ecosystem and innovation partners in Asia Demonstrated breadth of experience with pushing for business performance through partnering with both large and emerging technology companies
    • Sales leader with a track record of delivering revenue growth (>10 years)
    • Developing innovative, creative and disruptive channel programs that cut through the market
  • Excellent communications and able to influence and align key stakeholders across different functions and seniority
