Join us in a pivotal role that merges passion for technology with exceptional leadership skills to develop Telco and merchant partnerships to create an exciting and sustainable value proposition to end consumers. As Director, you will lead the forging of partnerships and to develop eco-systems and execute plans in support of a regional rewards programme. We are seeking an experienced, and highly independent individual to join our dynamic team

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Lead a team for managing and growing partnerships of Travel Alliance.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships and alliances.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Alliance Partners globally.
  • Devise, manage and coordinate partnership programme with all Alliance members including commercialization, technology integration and contractual & support obligations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities for the Alliance.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Business Admin., Engineering or related.
  • Relevant ~ 8 years’  experience working in large corporation or MNCs.
  • Competent and experienced in marketing skills in areas of Product Development, Business Development, Management, Customer Management, Innovation.
  • Developing contracts and managing legal obligations.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
  • Proven strategic development and track record in customer relationship management or customer reward program.
  • Proven marketing strategy, GTM and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environmenty.
  • Open to Travel.
