Be a Part of Something BIG!
The Director, Workplace will shape and deliver Singtel’s end-to-end workplace strategy, design, and experience, ensuring workplaces are well-planned, beautifully designed, and effectively executed, while supporting evolving ways of working.
This role leads the conception and delivery of Singtel’s future workplace vision, with a flagship mandate to drive Workplace28 and the new Comcentre HQ. The incumbent will balance strategic planning, design excellence, and disciplined project delivery, while championing a consistent, user-centred workplace experience across the portfolio.
Technology and data are leveraged as enablers to support design intent, improve usability, and optimise space performance — not as ends in themselves. Working closely with Group Property, IT, People & Culture, and business leaders, the Director ensures workplaces are functional, flexible, sustainable, and aligned to business needs, from early planning through post-occupancy.
