  • Achieve set sales of connections, customer experience and other related FY targets set for Digital Sales
  • Develop marketing plan for the Digital Sales channel to maximise sales
  • Leverage on SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic to the website
  • Steer and lead sales and customer experience related projects across various business units to increase web traffic sources, drive digitalisation and improve productivity of the team
  • Formulate and execute strategies and campaigns to meet online contribution targets with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimisation and analysis
  • Leverage on analytical datasets and customer feedback to identify gaps and offer solutions to optimise the platform
  • To drive digital best practice within the organisation
  • Continually improve business working processes, looking for ways to reduce both overall costs and efficiencies within the role



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, e-Commerce or Product Management roles with 1-2 years of people manager experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects with different objectives
  • Strong digital experience
  • Sharp analytical mind with strong business acumen
