Resource Manager

The ECAS Manager is responsible for end to end management of all external contractors processes including sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, payments, vendor management etc. The role is also responsible to lead and provide direction and guidance to team members.



  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand and to define the most appropriate recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs
  • Partner with right agencies / vendors to create effective sourcing, hiring and onboarding processes
  • Sourcing of external contractors as per the open demand situation including special sourcing drives as and when needed
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process such as screening & selection, interviews (in-person, phone and video), offer proposal and candidate follow–up & feedback.
  • Ensure successful onboarding experience for the new hires in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (eg. Facilities, IT, HR Services, etc.) as well as contract renewal processes
  • Agency / vendor management including identifying potential partners, vendor evaluations, quality checks and management
  • Ad-hoc projects relates to the Talent agenda and priorities, e.g. HR system, employer branding, learning culture, etc.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience and iHRP certified is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment and vendor management
  • Proven record on leading end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating with leaders from multiple functions and countries
  • Experience of leading a team of 7-8 people
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured mind and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with remote work and able to quickly build trust and credibility with others.
