The Partner Alliance Manager works within Group Enterprise responsible for partner management and business development. In this role, you will be managing partner relationship and escalation.

 

  • Developing, implementing and managing local and regional alliance strategy in the region, such as Cisco, McAfee, Checkpoint, Alcatel-Lucent, F5, etc. ensuring NCS and vendors are appropriately engaged throughout all levels for both organizations.
  • Ensuring all partners’ contracts are constantly ready and active for business transaction
  • Facilitating negotiation and approval until mutual agreement is met.
  • Planning and driving new enablement plan with strategic partners to build new business opportunity
  • Managing conflicts, ensuring proper business/project/account alignment
  • Coordinating and executing QBR, annual business planning session and ongoing planning workshops with partners and internal leaders to drive ongoing alignment and business focus
  • Partnering quota management
  • Market Development Fund (MDF) management and rebate negotiation to ensure cost savings and profitability growth
  • Developing and driving short and long term business development plan
  • Working closely with Singtel/NCS marketing and partners to identify and drive varieties of joint marketing programs/activities: awareness campaign, demand generation, field programs, channel programs, and leverage the partner’s programs to drive NCS proliferation, etc.
  • Managing MDF, ensuring all partner resources are fully leveraged to ensure maximum business development effectiveness
  • Initiating business growth planning session such as account mapping, account planning with partners and sales team, etc.
  • Working with partner on joint profile building exercise, eg: Pre-Release, Success Story, Award Announcement, etc.

 

 

The ideal candidate should possess

 

  • Experience in a partner management, sales or marketing related and or experience in IT channel sales capacity
  • Experience working with enterprise network and security technology providers
  • Good understanding of reseller agreement negotiation, partner/channel programs management as well as experience in developing partner business plans
  • Meticulous with number reporting and strong in business analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill to build and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders, peers, partners and cross functional teams
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and a partner advocate
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and passion for excellence
