As a Senior System Engineer, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

• Manage the team of Specialist and Engineers who handle day to day operation, deployment and maintenance activities
• Lead transition or takeover for new FM projects based on NCS best practices, and guide engineers in initiating and stabilizing operations.
• Perform role of Single Point of Contact (ad-hoc).
• Provide extended support to FM teams on technical escalation, advice, best practices and shared tools.
• Drive quality and process initiatives on an ongoing basis.
• Scheduling, planning, resource allocation and prioritizing maintenance activities.
• Generate regular report on the activities, performance to highlight the exceptions and fixes.
• Develop and maintain operation processes for Infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
• Development & Implementation of Best Practices.

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in server administration
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services oriented
• Good experience in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
• Candidates with relevant working experience in pre-sales engagement, tender proposals and bids (e.g. tender compliance, estimate manpower effort & costs, do write-up etc.) are preferred
• Certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent
• Knowledge with EMC storage and application tiers, IIS, Databases
