As Ops Support Executive, EUC & Svc Desk, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following: 

  • To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight customers.
  • Be available to take calls.
  • Polite and professional service.
  • Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email / fax.
  • Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Regular updates for follow up actions & problem status.
  • Escalation of problems to second level as per work instructions.
  • Work to improve processes where applicable.
  • Work with Team Lead to feedback and / or improve processes


Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma or Certification in Information Systems or equivalent discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Familiar with and troubleshooting the following technologies – Redhat Linux, VMWare, Google Apps, Internet Mail routing protocol- SMTP, DNS, OWA,  and Message Transport / Mail Routing
  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and quality standards
  • Candidate who has relevant working experience with passion for customer service would be preferred
  • Customer service orientated and able to handle request and provide solution
  • A good team player and proactive in handling users’ enquiries
