Singtel ecosystem and partnership team work with a global industry leading organisations to form a 5G  ecosystem. The team help drive the adoption of 5G by providing meaningful solutions to support 5G sales engagement for a variety of 5G use cases and in various verticals.

 

The team is looking for a partnership manager to build and manage a thriving 5G ecosystem and marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key technology partners to be included into Singtel’s 5G ecosystem, build channel capabilities/ services partners to support Singtel’s 5G adoption in the region, and build a 5G application marketplace on Singtel’s platform. The candidate will also need to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including customers, technology partners, Singtel’s 5G business development and sales to help translate the 5G ecosystem to key wins and deployments on 5G.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Guide the type of applications to be on-boarded onto Singtel’s ecosystem and marketplace to be made available locally and regionally.
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to support 5G ecosystem application go-to-market and adoption.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key technology providers (hardware, software, services) to help drive B2B and B2B2X market growth for 5G connectivity and MEC.
  • Help with recruitment, training, onboarding, and management (including commercial negotiations) of new partners such as ISVs, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Develop partner-specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, product requirements, etc.
  • Establish the relevant commercial models and business models for a digital marketplace and guide the establishment on the necessary legal structure governing the use of the marketplace.
  • Responsible for building a go-to-market via channels/ SI/ other partners for Singtel’s ecosystem of applications to drive MEC consumption.

 

Education and Qualifications - Degree from a reputable university.

 

Work Experience

  • 5 years of work experience in ISV ecosystem development and partnership

 

Technical / Professional Skills

  • Broad understanding of 5G, relevant applications, and use cases;
  • Understanding of digital marketplace business model and commercial/legal structure;
  • Familiarity partnership models, commercial structure of partnerships and GTM with partners;
