Make an Impact by
As an Employer Branding & Recruitment intern, you will make an impact by creating compelling employer brand messaging to position Singtel as an employer of choice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create compelling contents that bring our employer brand – Hello Big Possibilities to life.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and brand identity.
- Manage the content calendar for scheduling posts at optimal times.
- Create contents on key social media platforms, career site, and other channels, leveraging on employee stories, advocacy and social media trends.
Employer Brand Management:
- Monitor and analyze employer branding trends, external channels, and social media conversations to optimize brand positioning.
- Support the implementation of initiatives that strengthen Singtel’s presence as an employer of choice.
Talent Attraction Projects:
- Supporting the promotion of hiring activities such as career fairs, hackathons, internship programmes
- Support the Talent Attraction Lead in the evolution of career sites and other HR talent development and branding initiatives.
Skills for Success
- Passion in employer branding, content creation and storytelling.
- Experienced with creative tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Candidates are required to submit a portfolio showcasing past content work (e.g., social media posts, videos, or other creative assets).
- Strong understanding of social media management, trends, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time internship of at least 3 months
