Make an Impact by

• To assist in on-site verification of Green Mark and environmental sustainability features for new DC
• To work together with project and consultant team to identify and address the gaps found during the on- site verification.
• To assist in preparation of handover documents for green features of new DC for operations team.
• To assist in monitoring and addressing issues related to environmental sustainability performance of DC during DLP period.
• To attend regular meetings with consultants and contractors on-site.
• To conduct site survey, audit or investigation to identify opportunities for improving environmental sustainability performance of existing DC in terms of PUE, WUE and CUE.
• To work collaboratively with internal teams e.g. Products, Compliance and Operations Teams in formulating and implementing energy and water conservation measures for new and existing data centre.
• To assist in providing input to Operations Team on utilities utilisation monitoring and verification of the outcome of the implementation of environmental sustainability related projects initiatives.
• To assist in data collection, collation and prepare analysis on environmental performance of data centre.
• To work together with various stakeholders to provide support in environmental sustainability related data and information.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability, green building, or a related field.
• Possessing relevant professional certifications like Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) or Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) (GMAP(FM) is added advantage.

• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in:
  • Facilities management, energy & water management
  • Basic understanding of green building design/construction
  • Facilities Management (M&E)
  • OR any relevant industry demonstrating success in sustainability implementation.
  • Basic experience in energy & water audits.
• The candidate is passionate and would like to grow his/her career in environmental sustainability.
