The role of Systems Engineer is to provide operational support BMC Control-M infrastructure / Control-M Servers / Control-M agents.

Make an Impact by:

1) BMC certified Control-M v20.x professional having minimum of 4-5 years of Control-M server and components administration experience.

2) Control-M server and components installation, configuration and management.

3) Control-M agent installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

4) Control-M upgrade / migration from lower to higher version.

5) Control-M integration with external applications/tools/DevOps /CI-CD/API

6) Control-M integration with cloud (AWS/Azure)

7) Control-M external plugin integrations such as SAP / Backup / Database.

8) Control-M job scheduling and issue troubleshooting.

9) JIRA / Confluence / ServiceNow / Adhere to KPI / SLA

10) SQL / Oracle / Linux / Windows / AD (LDAP integration)

11) SSL certificate installation / renewal

12) Hands on experience on Dockers, Containers, OCP, K8s

13) Documentation and reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly)

14) Troubleshooting of Control-M issues and hands on experience in fixing major incidents

15) Shell / PowerShell / Perl / Json / Python skill is additional advantage.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience on BMC Control-M
• Certification in BMC Software
• Certification in AWS / Azure
