Make an Impact by 

  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to establish Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) objectives.
  • Evaluate, analyse, develop and optimize methodology for machine learning.
  • Analyse data and perform Data Labelling.
  • Create AI algorithm prototypes based on project specifications & requirement.
  • Regular review of AI/ML reports and perform analysis on the effectiveness of AI/ML algorithm.
  • Implement new changes and optimization to AIML algorithm.
  • Support the daily operation of AI/ML systems including customer support resolution.
  • Work with stakeholders to meet operation and cyber security requirements.
  • Engage with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
  • Perform patch management on OS, Software, Security on AIML systems during maintenance window.
  • Perform and coordinate disaster recovery activity expeditiously in times of service disruptions to minimize service downtime and revenue loss. 
  • Develop playbooks and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform System, Service and Security audits.


Skills for Success

  • Degree in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking or Telecommunications/Mobile Communication. Preference for those with certifications in Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning, Networking (i.e. CCNA/CCNP) & Network Security.
  • Basic knowledge in AI/ML process flow.
  • Basic knowledge in Linux Operating System
  • Knowledge of 3G, 4G and 5G telecommunications technologies, protocols and standards.
  • Ability to communicate and conduct presentation effectively in both verbal and written English.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, critical thinking, problem solving skills, good team player and highly collaborative.
