Job Description

  1. Visit customer premises according to pre allocated appointment slots
  2. Install Singtel FTTH services
  3. Rectify Singtel FTTH Services to ensure user satisfaction
  4. Manage trouble ticket via telephone calls, email, and provide support in accordance with current standards.
  5. Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users
  6. Special assigned project.
  7. To perform shift duty, with class 3 driving license



  1. Possess a Diploma, Higher TEC or NITEC in Information Technology or have at least 1 year of working experience in Helpdesk
  2. Possess technical knowledge of PC, DOS, Windows, WinNT, Mac DOS, Internet applications and broadband services
  3. Good knowledge on
  1. Broadband Network: FTTH, ADSL, Cable
  2. Home networking, Wireless networking
  3. Common Broadband router, switches and access point.
  4. Standard APK from IOS and Android
  1. Good customer services skill
  2. Technical reporting writing
  3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
  4. Possess drive and energy to explore new ways of doing things to improve customer services
  5. Must be independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under minimum supervision.
  6. A strong team player who must be prepared to work on rotating shifts and field work.
