We are looking for a commercially driven individual to manage roadshows, retail events, and customer acquisition initiatives that drive sales, revenue and brand visibility.

This role is responsible for creating sales opportunities through strategic activations, and engaging customer experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver activations that generate leads, increase conversions, and achieve business targets.

Roadshow/Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute retail activations, roadshows, and sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
  • Support achievement of sales targets by developing activation strategies that maximise footfall, lead generation, and conversion opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance during activations and implement tactical improvements to optimise results.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
  • Track activation ROI and prepare post-event performance reports with actionable recommendations.

 

Roadshow/Event management

  • Source and secure strategic activation sites with high customer traffic and strong sales potential based on target audience, visibility, and potential conversion rates.
  • Negotiate with venue owners, mall operators, and external partners to secure optimal locations and commercial arrangements.
  • Manage event logistics, approvals, permits, and operational requirements to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, booth setup, merchandising, and branding to maintain a strong customer-facing presence.

 

Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Develop innovative activation concepts and experiential campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer affinity.
  • Work with internal marketing teams and creative partners to develop promotional materials and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and achievement of business objectives.

 

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, retail activations, roadshows, or channel marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple events and timelines concurrently
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational awareness, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-ground environment
