  • Diary Management: You will demonstrate exceptional skills in managing schedules with precision and efficiency. Through proactive communication, you will adeptly coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders.
  • Documentation Excellence: You will be responsible for producing high-quality materials such as agendas, presentations, board papers, weekly and monthly reports, among others.
  • Meeting and Event Management: Your keen attention to detail will shine as you handle room bookings, catering arrangements, and the collation/distribution of necessary materials.
  • Travel and Expense Management: You will skilfully manage travel arrangements and expense reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Effective Liaison: Collaborating effectively with other business Executive Assistants, both internally and externally, you will schedule and coordinate appointments with finesse.
  • Support and Adaptability: You will lend your support to the team and other Directors as needed, demonstrating your exceptional capacity to handle diverse tasks.

You are a seasoned Executive Assistant with a wealth of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Your advanced interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively at the executive level and engage with individuals both internally and externally.

Experience supporting a leader within Commercial/Contract Management advantageous

Discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you, enabling you to handle sensitive matters with utmost professionalism. Self-Directed and Highly Motivated: With a proactive approach, you take ownership of your work, displaying self-motivation and driving projects to success.

Relationship Building: You thoughtfully establish rapport and cultivate strong working relationships, enhancing overall synergy and collaboration.
