Experience Designer, Intern

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Experience Design Intern to support our Experience Design team in creating high-quality digital product experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to UX/UI design, design quality assurance, and collaboration within an Agile product development environment.

You'll work alongside product designers, product managers, and developers to help deliver user-centred digital products while gaining practical experience with modern design tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review of design deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with user and business requirements.
• Assist in documenting user flows, interaction states, design decisions, and feedback.
• Organise design files, prototypes, and documentation to support development handovers.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint activities, and cross-functional discussions.
• Prepare meeting notes, track action items, and help coordinate project deliverables.
• Contribute to maintaining design templates, guidelines, and design system documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing diploma or degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centred design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Exposure to Agile development practices is an advantage but not required.
