How You will Make An Impact:

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across assigned Singtel locations, ensuring building systems and critical infrastructure remain reliable and operational.
• Monitor key facilities systems, including power, UPS, cooling, environmental monitoring, BMS and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, planned shutdowns and technical issue resolution with service providers and stakeholders.
• Manage facilities incidents, including escalation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and service restoration.
• Monitor Managing Agent and service-provider performance against agreed service levels and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with applicable fire safety, workplace safety, building and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain facilities documentation, asset records and operational reports, and support internal and external audits.
• Manage facilities-related customer requests and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support operating and capital budget management, expenditure monitoring and facilities-related financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve BMS performance, maintenance reliability, energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Support facilities projects, sustainability initiatives and energy-conservation programmes.
• Participate in change management activities and coordinate approvals for site or system changes.

Skills for Success:  

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline, with relevant facilities management experience. 
• Good working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Environmental Monitoring Systems, electrical distribution, and ACMV systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing operational priorities.
• Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and service partners.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing operational, reliability, and efficiency improvements.
• Experience leading, guiding or coaching team members. Prior experience in telecommunications or other critical facilities environments is an advantage.
