Make an Impact

• Track and manage the orders under the Operations Support Team

• Perform day to day provisioning of fibre based products such as MetroE, Ethernet link, ISDN, Giga-wave, Elite and Evolve

• Ensure the orders are commissioned on CRD (Customer Request Date)

• Assist customer and Customer Fronting Unit (CFU) in provision matters

• Support Business to manage and provide excellent service to customers

• Perform Patching and CPE provisioning to support Singnet Migration Project at the different areas

• Isolate and troubleshoot the problems during provisioning

• Work closely with LTC/ODC Team for any backend issue and assisting investigating on escalation cases and complaint on LTC/ODC matters

• Assisting Manager and Team Lead to compile daily orders from system and monthly billing reports or any other duties assigned

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Passion in field work

• Experience in fibre based products

• Demonstrate high level of customer focus to internal and external customers

• Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment

• Good planning and organisation skills

• Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving

• Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure

• Good communication and written skills 

• Good report writing and presentation skills
