Make an Impact by:

• Perform project management and site evaluations at consumer customer premises.
• Installation and fault rectification activities for FTTH broadband, TV, voice and other services.
• Install and maintain smart home devices, manage home security and entertainment systems.
• Configure customer's premise equipment.
• Manage customer expectations and liaise with stakeholders, prepare technical reports.
   

Skills for Success:

• Possess technical knowledge of PC, DOS, Windows, WinNT, Mac DOS, Internet applications and broadband services.
• Good knowledge on Project management, Broadband Network: GPON, XGPON, Cable, Home IT networking including cable and Wireless networking.
• Technical report writing.
• A strong team player who must be prepared to work on rotating shifts and field work.
