We are looking for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with strong communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to solve challenges, enhance efficiency, and deliver seamless financial operations.
Key Roles:
- Credit Management Executive (AR)
- Manage corporate accounts, minimizing overdue payments, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee consumer and corporate debt management, including insolvency and bankruptcy processes.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of debt recovery processes and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP are advantageous.
- Billing Executive (Revise & Adjustment)
- Review billing adjustment and waiver requests, handle internal billing enquiries, and prepare monthly reports through data analysis.
- Liaise with stakeholders to clarify billing revisions and ensure timely execution.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sales Commission Executive
- Ensure accurate commission calculations, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, and prepare reports.
- Skills: High attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and good interpersonal skills.
- Accounts Payable Executive
- Oversee payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and system management to ensure accurate invoice posting.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP, strong attention to detail, and experience with e-invoicing platforms.
- Collection Executive
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive relationships.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and good communication and negotiation skills.
- Collection Manager
- Lead collections operations across multiple business segments to support the organisation’s financial performance.
- Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, ability to manage complex priorities, and strong data interpretation skills.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (specific requirements vary by role).
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in credit management, accounts payable, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other related systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership experience is required for senior roles.
