What will you do?

 

  • Co-Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including Group forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual group’s financial performance (Actuals and Forecast) to NCS Senior Leadership Team for ExCom and Board purposes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage key stakeholders’ expectations and ensure regular and timely communication on financial matters and present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leaders.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts as well as drive continuous improvement in financial analysis and reporting to support both short and long-term strategic planning.
  • Measure and analyse productivity indicators for Business Segments.
  • Continual review and enhancement of Group Reporting and forecast review process to cater for organization transformation activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and projects.
 

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, or related studies.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and group management reporting, with business partnership experience. 
  • Advanced proficiency in MS applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good working knowledge of SAP software and / or experience with SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), business intelligence tools, management / budgeting tools (BPC) will be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good basic understanding of accounting standards.
  • Able to understand and recommend improvement in processes.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
