The Finance Manager will support the financial management of Enterprise Services Segments. This role involves assisting in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires an understanding of accounting standards and financial principles and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis.
Make an Impact by:
Financial Management:
- Work with the Enterprises Services and Platform departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, adhering to Group closing timelines and complying with accounting standards.
- In charge of maintaining some legal entity books.
- Review reasonableness of Cost and assist in maintaining Cost allocation matrix.
Business Partnering:
- Support the Enterprise Services departments in forecasting and budgeting exercises, aligning with Corporate objectives.
- Provide insights on key performance areas in Financial Reporting
- Work with Business partners to achieve plans and forecast.
- Assist to prepare and review Business Cases for Capital expenditure and Outsourcing.
- Planning and Analysis:
- Liaise with business stakeholders and review reasonableness of forecast and budget.
- Monitor and track performance against business cases, budgets, and forecasts.
Compliance:
- Provide guidance to Business Partners on accounting related topics in compliance with Accounting Standards, Statutory and Audit requirements.
- Institute good Corporate controls in Financial practices and processes.
Process Automation:
- Participate in cross functional and Corporate projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor of Accountancy with 5-6 years of post graduate experience with 2-3 years in Big Audit firms.
- An eye for details, accurate handling of numbers, able to meet tight reporting deadline.
- Excellent Excel skills, quick to pick up various systems like SAP, Cognos, Hybrid, and Finance tools.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and communications skills.
