Finance Executive, new business

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Participate in systems implementation for new business entities.
  • Assist to carve out historical financial information relevant to the new business and support in queries relating to proforma financials.
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities and legal entities statutory reporting and audit.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly Flash and Final reports on legal entities performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules, revenue, cost, and capex reporting and analysis, key value drivers reporting.
  • Assist to drive forecast and budget exercises.
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by Finance Manager and Finance Director.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Resourceful and meticulous
  • Organised and responsible
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess good computer software skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse would be advantageous
  • Able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
