We are seeking a dedicated and talented Global Marketing Manager for Singtel (USA) to be based in Redwood City, California.

 

As the Global Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will:

  1. Partner and work close with country director, sales and regional HQ team to develop in-country marketing strategies and ensure executions to plan for enterprise customer segment (B2B).
  2. Execute marketing strategies along the customer journey with good focus on digital and social engagements.
  3. Develop Singtel US marketing plan
  4. Implement effective lead generation programs
  5. Develop and maintain actional and addressable customer database and up-to-date market intelligence to provide insightful market analysis to management
  6. Plan and organize thought leadership events, customer events, seminars, business forums to achieve market communication
  7. Source, train and manage 3rd party telemarketing agency to drive qualified leads
  8. Work hand-in-hand with HQ for executing in-country digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, eDMs, Social Media) to achieve targets
  9. Partner HQ and business to create content (digital/social/BTL) to support marketing plans

 

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A recognized Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • At least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in integrated marketing engaged via digital and social involvement
  • Familiar with enterprise telecom business in USA and Asia Pacific especially in Telecom Products/Services such as Global Wide Area Network (WAN) and Cyber Security
  • Asia Pacific regional experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English
  • Digital Analytics
  • A self-starter who is a strong team player
  • Ability to work effectively across functions with different key stakeholders
  • Sharp focus on Returns of Marketing investment and attuned to business needs
