We are seeking a Global Partnership Manager to oversee and cultivate a robust network of partners, enhancing Singtel's ability to provide comprehensive managed services worldwide.

 

Make an Impact by 

  • Developing partner strategy and business plan with key partners to drive business goals.
  • Introducing new and relevant partners and processes to optimize service delivery cost and derive operations efficiency
  • Exploring new ways of working with Partners to drive scale, process, and cost efficiency across geographically regions.    
  • Leading Business Review meetings with internal stakeholders (e.g. Pre-sales, Project, Operations) and Partners for joint performance and improvement review to drive delivery standards and capabilities  
  • Working closely with Product, Procurement and Legal to negotiate and on-board new partners to build service delivery capabilities in APAC, EMEA and AMER.
  • Identifying, nurturing and on-boarding partners to meet Singtel’s service delivery goals in focused regions
  • Understanding the market needs, keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive environments

 

Skills for Success 

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Partnership Management, Process Management, Business Development or Global Fulfilment experience, at large organisations or innovative start-ups.
  • Relevant experience in understanding the various business goals and requirements to steer and position the partnership conversation to drive a business goal and/or positive outcome with the stakeholders. 
  • Experience in managing vendors and procurement would be an added advantage 
  • Basic legal and contract management knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and program management
