Job Description:

 

Are you a passionate and creative hands-on Graphic Designer with an eye for aesthetics? Are you keen to leave your fingerprint in each project you handle? Then this is the place for you!

We are looking for a lead graphic designer for My Singtel App (MSTA) to distill the essence of Singtel into a digital “way of life”.

He/She will play a vital role in driving the MSTA purpose while focusing on creating educational and engaging content to drive growth, engagement, and usage of the app.

 

What Success Looks Like:


You will bring design strategy all the way to execution, translating business and consumers needs into effective design ideas.

You are a hands-on and meticulous designer with exceptional creativity skills. As you work with various cross functions, you will need strong communication skills to build relationships and support cross functional collaboration.

You will be a key member of the design function, resourcefulness and having a strong passion to always elevate the standards of design, collaborating closely across functions such as UXUI, brand and marcoms.

 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Development of a strong visual identity and toolkits for MSTA
- Take ownership and lead the development and creation of a strong visual identity for MSTA, launch toolkits and design templates
- Review and provide feedback to stakeholders to ensure creatives produced by other business units are aligned with the overall MSTA visual identity

 

2. Drive the MSTA purpose and design marketing assets for MSTA
- Come up with creative campaign concept & ideas and translate that into key visuals for key strategic initiative to drive the MSTA purpose
- Creation of digital assets for MSTA that is aligned to the MSTA identity and purpose

 

3. Creation of Educational Content & Assets
- Working with Digital Channel Engagement and UX research team to identify knowledge gaps within the MSTA customer journey and produce educational content (eg. How to guide, tips) to improve customer experience and usage of MSTA app.

- Digital content includes in-app marketing visuals, videos (animated content), infographics and visual designs and other related digital assets

 

4. Increase Growth and Engagement of MSTA app
- Engage in cross department collaboration with the Digital Channel Engagement team in ideation and creation of content and marketing elements to increase growth and engagement of MSTA app
- Support key strategic use cases and initiatives and produce creatives of quality and volume, showing flair for design and innovation


5. Continuous improvement in the design experience journey
- Support MSTA business strategy discussions to uncover business needs and look for new creative opportunities throughout the design experience journey.
- Experiment with different formats, placements, and styles to get the best performance possible

 

Requirements:


• Diploma in related field (design/creative) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of design experience with a growing ability to develop innovative creative work across a broad range of media.

• Must have a working knowledge of graphic design, assets & digital animation design creation
• Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite. (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Sketch, Figma and Overflow is a plus
• Strong understanding of user experience concepts with impeccable design aesthetics and an exceptional attention to details
• Strong team player, self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and deliver quality design at a high volume in a tight timeframe
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills and presentation skill with the ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders with good time management
• Having experience in the development of marketing campaigns (ideation, concept development and creation) will be a bonus.
