Singtel International Group is looking for an individual who is keen to work in our overseas associate company in the above position for a period of one to two years.  After a period of getting to know Singtel, your role will be based in our associate company Telkomsel in Indonesia.  Our Regional Associates are striving to set new standards of innovation, service and technology to deliver better digital experiences for customers in their markets.

Role – What you will be doing

A Growth Hacker is responsible for delivering effective marketing and campaign programs that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetisation of a digital product or service, that will improve the growth and reputation of the said product or service. The Growth Hacker is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing and sales teams, product management, IT and software development and engineering departments to create, develop and launch both features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels.



  • Develop and execute the AARRR Sales metrics (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue) to grow the digital channels.
  • Drive traffic to digital channels, including apps, websites, landing pages, social media, chat bot, etc., by developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc.
  • Prioritise growth channels and optimize them to consistently improve the performance and revenues coming from the digital touch-points.
  • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments, including product, marketing, top management, etc., in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
  •  Scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode.
  • Assist in analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic , etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand. Consequently, measure and optimize these projects, report results and propose improved ways of operating based on analytics.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, events planning , etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV , etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

  • Skills that utilizes analytics and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.
  • A degree in any discipline
  • At least 4 to 6 years of working experience  
  • A clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesis will be an advantage
