The Growth Marketing Manager for GOMO is responsible for driving brand-led growth through bold, culturally relevant, and integrated marketing campaigns. Sitting within the brand, engagement & loyalty team, this role blends creativity with commercial impact—translating brand storytelling into measurable outcomes across the full customer funnel.

 

The role focuses on building strong brand affinity, delivering standout campaigns, and ensuring alignment between brand and performance to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Working cross-functionally with creative, media, digital, and product teams, the Growth Marketing Manager plays a key role in scaling GOMO as a distinctive, digital-first challenger brand.

Growth strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Own campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., social, search, display, affiliates, CRM)
  • Translate brand campaigns into performance-driven executions that deliver measurable ROI

 

Data Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Use insights to inform creative, messaging, and channel strategies

 

Customer Lifecycle & CRM

  • Partner with CRM teams to design lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, upsell, retention)
  • Identify key drop-off points and implement strategies to improve customer journey and engagement

 

Performance optimisation

  • Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency

 

Integrated campaigns and creative development

  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Work closely with Creative team and/or agency to develop culturally relevant, standout campaigns Ensure campaigns are designed with both brand impact and measurable outcomes in mind
  • Guide development of high-performing, insight-driven creatives across digital platforms
  • Partner with agencies to continuously evolve messaging, formats, and storytelling
  • Balance brand-building with conversion by optimizing creative based on performance insights

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Degree in Marketing and Communication or Business or Advertising, or Digital Marketing preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding leading brand campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Experience in consumer business, FMCG or any fast-paced industries which are consumer-facing
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and optimizing campaign performance
  • Experience with creative communications development.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project Management skill set.
