The Analyst/Consultant, Growth and Transformation Gov+ supports the Gov+ leadership in planning and executing Gov+ strategic initiatives across NCS Gov+ client accounts and practices to drive the Gov+ growth agenda. This would entail a good understanding of the government sector, NCS offerings, industry trends and close interlocks with key stakeholders across Public Service and Defence & Homeland Security client service units.
Role reports to the Senior Director Gov+ Strategic Business Group.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Gov+ Growth and Innovation team in planning and executing strategic initiatives across NCS Gov+ client accounts and practices
- Engage and work closely with leaders and stakeholders from Gov+ Client Service Units (including Client Service Leads, Client Delivery Leads, Sales Leads) on strategic initiatives activities
- Support Gov+ Growth and Innovation team in planning local, regional and global business strategic pursuits
- Support Gov+ Growth and Innovation team in executing key strategic pursuits
- Track and measure Gov+ strategic initiatives outcomes, e.g. cloud, Centre of Excellence, GenAI, sustainability, SaaS solutions etc.
- Support Strategic Initiatives – Analyze business challenges and identifying opportunities for innovation within technology, digital services, and solutions.
- Conduct Regional Market & Competitive Research – Gather regional insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop Business Use Cases for Public Sectors – Work on structuring compelling business cases that highlight the value proposition, feasibility, and potential impact of digital and technology-driven solutions for internal and client presentations.
- Support Gov+ leads in other transformation and strategic activities
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role
- Strong business acumen
- Good understanding on the wide range of NCS service offerings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in PowerPoint materials for managements and top executives
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and in a fast-paced environment
- Action and growth-oriented with a passion for learning and development
