The HR Associate (Payroll Data & Integration) is part of HR Shared Services providing the following payroll functions for the entities in Singapore.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage workflow and payroll transactions, ensuring data are updated into system timely
  • Reconciliation, process & interface data into payroll system
  • Monitor data error log and rectify data issue timely
  • Work with IT in payroll system enhancement including testing
  • Manage queries on payroll matters
  • Review regional offices monthly payroll reports for payments
  • Document, review and update payroll processes

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Tertiary education in Finance/Accounting/HRM/Business/Information Technology
  • Good knowledge of payroll system and high proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of SAP payroll and/or Success Factor Employee Central preferred
  • Experience in payroll processing advantageous
  • Team Player with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good Problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Preferably 3 year(s) of relevant working experience
