Make an Impact by

 

Strategic Support: 

  • Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives. 
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs. 

 

Employee Experience:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well-being initiatives. 
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys. 

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization. 

 

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and track progress on HR initiatives. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support leadership decision making. 

 

Learning & Development:

  • Support learning and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training programs and employee development opportunities. 
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization. 

 

Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are effectively communicated and understood by employees. 
  • Support the HRBP in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.

Skills for Success

Educational Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with an interest in HR strategy and people management.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and prepare meaningful reports or presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR systems or analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.

Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Prior internship, school project, or volunteer experience related to HR, administration, recruitment, or event coordination is an advantage.
  • Exposure to data analysis, survey tools, or change management initiatives is a plus.
