Make an Impact by
Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs.
Employee Experience:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
- Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and track progress on HR initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support leadership decision making.
Learning & Development:
- Support learning and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training programs and employee development opportunities.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and guidelines are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
- Support the HRBP in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
Skills for Success
Educational Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with an interest in HR strategy and people management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and prepare meaningful reports or presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR systems or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.

Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
