Job Summary:

IT Analyst is responsible to gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and assist Project Manager to plan and manage work assignments for the team. The incumbent is required to front customers and interact with delivery team or cross IT domains.


Responsibilities:

  • Study and analyze user requirements, prepare detailed functional specifications and related documents by engaging internal stakeholder to meet the project timeline.
  • Prepare project documentation conforming to standards and procedures
  • Liaise with Offshore development team to deliver system according to specification, track and monitor tasks assigned to the team in meeting project schedule, quality and within project budget.
  • Perform and prepare test strategy, test planning, design, execution and management of test program and problem resolution.  Execute extensive functional and integration testing.
  • Support user acceptance testing such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation and closure.
  • Execute implementation activities and support post implementation.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 3 years of IT experience
  • Strong consulting skills and good understanding in Agile methodology.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
