As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business and driving deep account growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, work with cutting-edge technologies, and engage with top-tier clients across key industries.
What will you do?
- Hunter Sales Focus: Aggressively target new business opportunities to win 20 net new logos annually through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Industry Focus: Develop sales strategies and engage clients across retail, manufacturing, FMCG, conglomerates, real estate, and etc.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell NCS’ full range of services, including infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity, generative AI, enterprise applications, and NCS NEXT solutions, to address the digital transformation needs of clients.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendor partners on account mapping, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
- Deep Dive Account Growth: Expand relationships with existing clients by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, focusing on creating value through NCS’ comprehensive offerings.
- Sales Cycle Leadership: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Customer-Centric: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored technology solutions.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
The Ideal Candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a hunter sales role with a strong track record of winning new business in the IT services or technology solutions space.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, cybersecurity, generative AI, and applications and the ability to articulate these solutions to enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success working with vendors on account mapping and executing joint sales strategies.
- Experience selling into key industries such as retail, manufacturing, FMCG, conglomerates, real estate, and plantation is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
