As a Infra Engineer, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

• Responsible for the Operational Management of virtualization systems.
• Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones
• Proactive monitoring of VMware systems and its health status for customer infrastructure
• Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
• Periodic review of implementation plans for best practices.
• Make recommendations in line with the customer requirements
• Bring different business divisions together for the common objectives
• Address technical and business hurdles
• Managing customer SLA’s for the VMware technical issues.
• Maintenance of supported security updates to comply within the infra.
• Maintenance of supported product versions for customer infra.
• Documentation support (Design updates)
• Support system ticket closure with right explanations using customer provided tools.
• Time management and accountability.
