As Infra Engr, Systems & DBA, the broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following: 

  • To provide day to day system operations such as system monitoring, administration and maintenance support for Citrix XenDesktop, VDI, XenApp, Infrastructure servers, user VMs administration and system management
  • Responsible for upgrades such as patch management for Infrastructure and XenDesktop/XenApp Images.
  • Involve in project implementation, built and configurations as per request and must be familiar with monitoring tools and antivirus for System Management.
  • Coordinate and Work with other IT team members to provide solutions and ensure systems stability and meet the needs of user requests and organization functionality.
  • Provide support on escalation for troubleshooting with Vendors such as Citrix, Microsoft etc. and resolving issues.
  • Manage and have knowledge of Microsoft AD group policy objects and administration, Antivirus administration, Monitoring tools administration and experience on Thin client management solutions, Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, PKI, KMS would be beneficial.
  • Able to work independently as well as working as a team and good communication skills. Project management experience is preferred.
  • Responsible for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management, planning, UAT, Production rollout phases and Familiar with ITIL process and usage of tools such as Service Now.
  • Provided L2, L3 support for virtualized environments including Win 7, Win 10 and Win2012 VDI and XenApp production environments
  • Carry out other technical related duties that may be required


Ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in Citrix
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services oriented
  • Candidate with certification in Windows servers and ITIL will be preferred
