Infrastructure Engineer, Network

·  Assist in network related hardware/software/firmware incidents

·  Maintain all the relevant network records and update all the documentations timely

·  Maintain Standard Operating Procedure, together with the customer to ensure the processes are in line and up to date as necessary.

·  Perform daily system checks and monitoring and to highlight if any abnormalities are found

·  Ensure that network related equipment backups are running

The ideal candidate should possess:

·  Diploma/Degree in computer science or related fields

·  CCNA certified, CCNP certified would be preferred

·  Standby will be needed, average frequency of 1 week per month.

·  Level 1 knowledge of F5/Palo Alto firewall/Checkpoint firewall/Fortigate firewall/Alcatel switch/Nexus will be a plus point

·  Candidates who are certified with the following: F5/Palo Alto firewall/Checkpoint firewall/Alcatel switch/Nexus will be considered first as well.
