Infrastructure Engineer, ServiceNow

Primary: 

• For support and administration of ServiceNow platform services.

Responsibilities:

• To configure, maintenance and administration of RHEL environment of production and non-production systems where ServiceNow platform is hosted.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks including OS and ServiceNow platform health check, ServiceNow platform patches and upgrades.
• Support and maintain regular tasks including monthly reports generation and user access matrix review.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users and mentor to junior team members.
• Maintain documentation related to managed servers, ServiceNow platform and related configurations.
• Ensure compliance with NCS and project security guidelines, requirements, and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Deployment, Microsoft Windows, LINUX and ServiceNow
