Inside Sales Executive

An inside sales outbound executive key role is to achieve business revenue growth and acquire new business opportunities in every call.

Able to adapt a fast-pace and on-the-job learning environment.



  • Make outbound calls with a required minimum daily number of calls.
  • Complete all campaigns within time line provided.
  • Responsible in renewing business with multiple internal tools to facilitate and process each sales closure.
  • Responsible to increase sales and average subscription with up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Keep abreast of latest offerings in key products including but not limited to eVolve, eLite, Mobile, ISDN, BizVoice, SaaS and volume Cyber Security services.
  • Identify and generate new leads and build strong funnels for win-back/port-in.
  • Update sales closure and funnels daily.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Deliver consistent high quality customer experience.
  • Respond to customer promptly and professionally.


Job requirement

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience in Telco/ICT industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated, sales-driven with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
  • Experience in selling Telco services in a call centre environment will be an advantage.
