The Inside Sales Executive responsible to generate new sales and maintain sales through renewals. Ability to work closely with Account Managers to achieve sales objective. Maintain strong funnels through renewal and upsell/ cross sell wherever possible. Highly motivated individual that has experience in Telecommunication and Technology solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve quotas.
  • Sourcing sales opportunities in existing base through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
  • Consultative selling approach to sell Singtel value in addressing customer pain points and fulfilling their business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross functional teams to achieve sales results.Work together with Account managers to strengthen and grow long term relationship with customers.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Strong phone presense.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager for further development and closure.

 

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Telco and Networking environment.
  • Customer fronting experience.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple of calls per day.
  • Proficient with Telecommunication services.
  • Clear verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
