Objectives

We are building an ambitious new generation gaming product with the ambition to improve the gaming life of the 200 million gamers in our regional network, and beyond.  

You will join a lean team of veteran gaming and digital experts and play an instrumental role in building that new product. Your job will be to build the digital economy and financial incentive mechanisms to attract and retain our users, and to implement your strategy within our products in collaboration with our product team.

 

This is a unique opportunity to play a major role in a strategic intrapreneurial venture for one of the biggest telcos in the world.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a world class loyalty program to meaningfully incentivize gamers to use our product
  • Explore the use of a blockchain to power up the experience of gamers using our product
  • Model and refine our product economy and monetization mechanisms, as well as our payment strategy
  • In particular, build a win-win economy for our partners (international telcos, game developers)
  • Make sure we stay on top of competition and create the most creative, sustainable and user centric game economy in the world

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Passion for videogames and the video gaming community
  • Demonstrated experience in building successful loyalty programs
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce (monetization), generating digital revenues at a large scale, in either a B2B or B2C environment
  • Experienced in working in small agile product development teams
  • Hands-on, self-driven, creative, entrepreneurial
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Great speaker with a capacity to sell and communicate complex concepts in a simple way
  • Passion for the tech world and innovation
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, or 2 years of consulting from a top firm plus an MBA from top 10 global universities.
