Create frameworks & artefacts
- Build standardised role-profile templates, task decomposition templates, grading/regrading guidelines, job family/role cluster schemas, and skills-mapping templates aligned to Singtel Skills Framework.
Enable HRBPs & BUs
- Coach and enable HRBPs and BU teams to apply the playbook at scale by running workshops, facilitating SME interviews, reviewing team structures, and guiding workforce and skills redesign.
Deliver pilots & scale-up
- Lead early job-redesign pilots (including design, measurement and iteration), capture insights and develop repeatable playbooks for enterprise-wide roll-out.
Design career pathways & bridge programmes
- Work with HRBPs, business leaders and learning partners to design templates and approaches for career ladders, lateral pathways and ‘bridge’ programmes that preserve career continuity and provide clear skill-to-role progression for impacted employees.
Integrate with learning & workforce planning
- work with Skills/Capability and Learning leads to ensure role redesign outputs map into assessments, training roadmaps and redeployment plans.
Measure & report
- Define job-redesign success metrics (e.g., % roles redesigned, redeployment rate, skills readiness), maintain dashboards and provide regular updates to the Programme Office and SteerCo.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Educated to degree level with professional certifications such as Certified Organisation Design Professional (CODP®), SHRM or IHRP certifications
