Mobile Marketing & Sales - Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales Promotion Management

  • Planning
    • Channel & Account
      • Manage assigned key accounts in Changi Airport & Tourist Segment eg. POI and Sentosa
      • Establish great rapport and professional relationships with partner’s key and ground personnel;
    • Trade & Consumer
      • Creation/ implementation of activities to achieve optimal sales results (i.e.  promotion, brand visibility, trade program, etc.);
  • Execution
    • Internal approval paper
      • Preparing and submission of approval paper with calculated data for incremental sales
    • In-store execution
      • Conduct product training to equip partner’s sales personnel with adequate product knowledge to maximize sales

 

Customer Management

  • Analysis & Planning
    • Execute differentiated trade and consumer promotion mechanics through analysis of market and competitors insights
  • Operation execution
    • Work with Supply Chain Management to ensure prompt delivery of all Singtel Prepaid Products
    • Work closely with marketing team in the rolling out of marketing initiatives such as new products launch, new promotional campaigns, etc.
  • Measurement
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to capitalize on opportunities to gain competitive advantages and address business issues
  • Complaint and feedback cases about retailers via Cust Care
    • Monitor all cases by Cust Care team are follow up promptly and close within 2 working days.

 

Contract Management

  • Negotiation of Win-Win trading terms and assist in establishing and coordinating trade objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall business;
  • Work with Legal team to ensure timely renewal of contract with partners.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • A Business or Marketing diploma/ degree holder from a recognized institution is preferred;
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales (FMCG on-trade, off-trade, Food discipline, Distribution)
