Key Roles: 

 

  1. Real Time Analyst
  • Monitor real-time operations and highlight performance gaps for immediate action.
  • Manage incident updates, including call queues, system issues, and customer communications.
  • Track attendance, adherence, and schedule adjustments in workforce systems.
  • Prepare performance analysis and weekly operational reports.
  • Skills : Strong analystical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency Microsoft Officer, and abiity to work independtly in a fast-paced environment.  

 

  1. Customer Relation Officer (Telesales)
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries across calls, chats, and digital platforms while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, issues, and applications to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive sales conversion and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members, contribute to improvements, and escalate issues when required.
  • Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. customer-focused minset, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven enbirokemr.

 

 

Skills for Success: 

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a contact centre environment (fresh graduates are welcome for Customer Relation roles).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of workforce management or reporting tools is an advantage.
