Credit Management & Collections

  • Manage customer and corporate accounts to minimize overdue payments and improve cash collection performance.

  • Resolve billing disputes and payment issues through effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor credit risk exposure and support debt recovery, insolvency, and bankruptcy processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Billing & Revenue Operations

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues.

  • Support billing operations, revenue assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Drive automation and digitalization efforts to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.

 

Sales Commission Management

  • Ensure accurate commission calculations, validations, and payouts.

  • Investigate and resolve commission-related disputes and discrepancies.

  • Prepare reports, reconciliations, and analysis to support business decision-making.

  • Continuously improve commission processes and controls.

 

Accounts Payable & Financial Operations

  • Manage invoice processing, payment execution, vendor reconciliations, and financial controls.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

  • Support vendor relationship management and issue resolution activities.

 

Record-to-Report & Financial Accounting

  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

  • Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements.

  • Provide accurate financial information to support business and management reporting.

 

Financial Planning, Reporting & Governance

  • Support financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.

  • Provide insights to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

  • Manage lease accounting, capital expenditure reporting, operating expenditure analysis, and financial governance processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and financial controls.

 

Fraud Risk Management

  • Analyze customer and transaction data to identify potential fraud activities.

  • Conduct investigations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve fraud cases.

  • Support fraud prevention initiatives and strengthen operational controls.

 

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in Finance Operations, Credit Management, Billing, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, or Shared Services environments.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and business processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, ERP platforms, and financial systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MIA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage for relevant roles.
