Skills for Success

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Experience in project management, service delivery, network operations, technical support, business operations, or process improvement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environments.

Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
