We are currently hiring for corporate roles in areas such as HR, legal, and finance. We seek qualified individuals to contribute to the growth and success of our business through effective management of people, compliance, financial strategies, and operational processes. The ideal candidates will bring expertise in areas such as human resources management, legal operations, financial planning, business processes, and audit, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals and values.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Finance – Credit Management, Billing, Sales Commission, Accounts Payable: Expertise in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, Billing, Accounts Payable and Sales Commission management.

Legal - Contract Manager: Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

HR - Rewards & Well-being Manager: Experience in developing and managing compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, along with performance management strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial processes related to accounts receivable, payable, collections, credit control, billing, and sales commission. Ability to analyze financial data, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely payments. Experience in using financial software is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and risk management. Strong attention to detail, ability to draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, including payroll, bonuses, and incentive/ well-being programs. Experience in designing and implementing reward systems that align with company goals. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are important.
