We are seeking talented professionals to join our growing IT organization across multiple domains, including Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Engineering, Network Security, End User Computing, IT Service Management, and OSS/BSS application development.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Services

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud and hybrid environments using AWS, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, and automation tools.
• Support enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure platforms to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Design, implement, and maintain identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Manage user provisioning, access certification, role management, and compliance controls across enterprise platforms.
• Develop and enhance IAM automation capabilities through scripting and workflow automation.

DevOps & Infrastructure Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate operational processes to improve system reliability and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices in DevOps and platform engineering.

OSS/BSS & Enterprise Applications

• Design, develop, and support enterprise applications within OSS/BSS and CPQ environments.
• Deliver scalable software solutions using Java and modern application development frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to drive digital innovation and service transformation initiatives.

Network & Security Operations

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking platforms.
• Implement and operate network security technologies to protect business-critical systems and data.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, investigate incidents, and implement security controls to ensure a secure operating environment.

IT Service Desk & End User Computing

• Provide technical support for end users through troubleshooting, incident management, and service request fulfilment.
• Support workplace technologies, end-user devices, collaboration tools, and enterprise productivity platforms.
• Deliver exceptional user experience through effective problem resolution and continuous service improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in one or more areas including Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Identity & Access Management, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, End User Computing, IT Service Management, or Software Development.
• Strong technical expertise in technologies such as AWS, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Java, Python, SailPoint IdentityIQ, CI/CD tools, networking, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (AWS, Azure, Cisco, Security, SailPoint, ITIL, etc.) will be an added advantage.
