We are looking for suitable candidates in joining us to design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud platforms, IDAM, Virtualization, Database management, and Network Security area.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments using Terraform, Azure, AWS, and Ansible. 

• Cloud Virtualization: Configure and maintain virtualization platforms, including Wintel, OpenShift, VMware, Nutanix and Hyper-V. 

• Operating Systems: Administer and support Unix/Linux OS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows environments. 

• Database Management: Support and optimize Oracle RAC/ MSSQL/ MySQL and other databases. 

• IDAM Service: SailPoint IdentityIQ for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance solutions, including user provisioning, access certification, and role management to ensure secure and compliant access control across enterprise systems. 

• Cybersecurity: Monitor vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and responding to incidents to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. 

• IT Service Desk Support: Provide first-line technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user requests, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, automation, and enterprise IT services. 

• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, VMware, Hyper-V, and Linux/Windows environments. 

• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell), CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Terraform, Puppet), and database management (MSSQL, Oracle RAC, MySQL etc). 

• Experience in Kubernetes or virtualization area, e.g. Nutanix, VMWare etc. 

• Strong knowledge of networking and security in cloud environments. 

• Proven expertise in IDAM area with strong technical skills in Sailpoint IIQ

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
